I will speak at the IV EJES
I received the invitation Jeveaux, JUG Leader and founder of ESJUG, to speak of the fourthedition of the Java Meeting of the Holy Spirit. I accepted the invitation, I will speak with the theme JavaEE? Where are you going? Learn, compare and learn to choose the best web framework and I will be happy to participate in this event. The ESJUG started in full swing this year with the creation of the website, organizing events and increasing the movement of theemails on the mailing list. The programming is excellent, with hot topics and speakers of weight, as Paul Silveira, and Jeveaux Loiano.
The choice of this theme was made ??from a conversation with the local market JeveauxVictoria. Before anyone starts throwing stones, several years ago a very famous presentationcomparing some Java web frameworks, Matt Raible. In fact, I contacted Matt commenting onit and he said I could even use his presentation, course, putting the credits. The presentationwill not be delivering a copy of Matt’s presentation, although there are many similarities. I will address other topics and also show an example of code during the lecture.
You who are Victoria or nearby cities: be sure to attend the event!
Silveira Neto and his agenda (or was it a bible?) On opening day
Bruno Pereira opened the event with a speech, The path of productivity for web developers, where he spoke of the range of options and tools to succeed in web development. Soon after,Régis Melo commented on his company’s experiences in developing an application in JMEand JEE platforms, running in different languages ??and countries. Victor Oliveira presented the last lecture in the morning with the theme The myth of agile teams, talking a little about yourexperience leading teams using Scrum.
In the afternoon the fellow Tarso Bessa and Rafael Bridge (who lectured in the same week inJustJava) talked about the 10 bad habits JSF developers. This speech needs no commentbecause the speakers are, without doubt, the main references in JSF Ceará. Soon after,Jeveaux spoke with excellence on Lucene, Hibernate Search and Solr, showing conceptsand codes of the powerful tools that can rapidly increase the performance of applications.Soon after, Rodrigo Yoshima spoke about what killed the Agile RUP can kill. The most interesting lecture was this guy see the amazement of the participants, thinking that he wouldannounce the death of agile. To conclude the event with a golden key, Paulo Silveiraphenotype of squandered talent and professional speaker ministering to talk DemystifyingTDD in practice, showing a lot of code to live, with audience participation and Rafael Bridge(which was practically forced by the participants to attend to set the stage).
The realization of this great feast was made possible - in addition to the support of the members mentioned in the first paragraph - through the companies that always believe inCEJUG: FA7, Caelum, Concrete Solutions, USIX Technology and Sun Microsystems. Also’ve had the support of companies Oktiva, Sagarana Tech, Novatec and Java Magazine.
